At the same time, she performed regularly with her Pop Acoustic band at a local cafe-restaurant for more than a year until the venue had closed down for business. Meanwhile, she started to shift herself more to the TV-Film acting scene under the tutorship of Leslie Ho (HK-UK). Since then, she has been actively involved herself into many acting projects including Feature & Indie local films, RTHK (TV), Commerical Ads, Short-films etc until now. Besides giving out regular private vocal, piano, and music playgroup lesson, she has decided to further upgraded herself to become one of the top professional jazz vocalists in Asia by joining jazz camps in Taiwan & Korea at the first place and also actively participated herself into the local Jazz vocal workshop in 2015 hold by an Australia jazz vocalist/flautist. Starting in 2017, she has been taking private lessons directly under the tutelage of jazz vocalists/instrumentalists such as Geila Zilkha (Tokyo, Japan), Wen Tsai (Taiwan-Belgium), and currently with Bowen Li (HK-UK) for private jazz piano and arrangement lessons. Since 2016, Janice has been performing actively around town in venues such as Terrible Baby@Eaton Hotel, Visage one, Gecko, Peel Fresco, Dada bar & lounge, HMV, Holly Brown Coffee, Cafe Sausalito, TFVSJS, G&V music cafe, Loststars, Rubato, Blue House Jazz series etc. She has also performed in MAJI 集食行樂 , an outdoor event in Taipei in 2017.
