My name is Christine. I learn piano from Maestros Eleanor Wong 黃懿倫, Gabriel Kwok 郭嘉特 and Casey Sokol. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music and Early Childhood Music Education Diploma from prestige Canadian universities. Also achieved ARCT Piano teaching diploma from the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. I have been teaching piano and accompanying graded exams for over 20 years and my passion and motivation for continual improvement continues to grow. Through these broad training and teaching experiences I believe that any child can learn to play the piano and place significant importance on setting up a student correctly from the beginning. My teaching philosophy I believe the most important goal in piano lessons is fostering an enjoyment for music that lasts a lifetime. In order to nurture and develop that appreciation for music—not just piano specifically— I believe students need to become musicians in their own right.
